Podcast Episode 3 – Natsume – Serious Fun at E3 Expo 2013
June 8, 2014Christopher “Killatia” Wyche discusses his fantastic experience at the Natsume booth at the 2013 Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles, California. He is not only impressed with their games, but their level of commitment to their customers and fans. I have to agree. I have known this company personally for over a decade and I have never seen their quality and dedication waiver. How many video game companies put their creators and CEOs at the forefront of their booths, working side-by-side with their employees and fielding questions from media, fans, and retailers alike. They buck the trend of violent video game franchises, rather choosing to make family entertainment that educations and engages the imagination. The “serious” part of their fun factor is the professionalism that not only goes into the manufacture of their products, but the intuitive game design and artistic integrity. While other video game companies over the last two decades are like shooting stars that illuminate the sky yet burn out quickly, Natsume is that beacon in the darkness that never ebbs and keeps on shining. Here’s to another spectacular year at E3 Expo 2014, Natsume. Let’s celebrate it together.
